We're home from a fantastic NYC trip. Kalvin was going for a meeting so we decided to tag along (Tressa and Winston were left behind - guess who got to babysit who). Our hotel was perfectly located in the middle of time square.
Day and night views from our windows.
The first order of business was to get on a double decker tour bus and start seeing the city.
Some of us were suffering from a bit of jet lag...
And on the girls "to do" list were things like American Girl store, and Toys R Us.
We got half price tickets for The Little Mermaid.
Our BFF's, the Karrens, joined us to make the trip even MORE fun!!! We saw the Statue of Liberty with them.
But despite the lure of the city, when these girls are together, all they want to do is play!
We saw some famous people, but I can't remember this guy's name...
A highlight for me was Parsons - the site of my FAVORITE TV show - Project Runway!!!
And finally, all of us in time square.

Okay, we are green with envy. We've been trying to steal away to NYC for a while now. Looks like so much fun. Darling girls. Good to see the Karren's again!

Love Love Love Tim Gunn! And Morgan Freeman does look a bit unnerved by the photo op. Looks like you guys had a great trip! I loved the American Girl store, but did you make it to FAO? That place is great!

So fun! Last year we took Delaney to NYC to see my parents. We did the exact same trip! We hit American Girl and Toys R Us and Little Mermaid! And, rode an average of 2-3 horse and buggy rides each day.
Their apartment was right on the southwest corner of Central Park, at Columbus Circle.
It was too fun to do a girly trip! Jackson opted to stay home so he wouldn't miss tennis. We brought him home a new lego set, and he didn't feel like he'd missed out at all.
